Custom Matched Material is specifically blended to replicate the binder formulation and sand gradation of the original mortar or stucco based on either Package A or Package B lab analysis results:

• Each formulation is unique.
• Our standard Package A and Package B tests include a 10-pound mortar sample for you to install and approve.
• Our custom blended material is formulated to replicate the original in the composition of the binder; the sand; and any pigments, which will result in a replacement material that replicates the original in both performance and appearance.

If you have not had either a Package A or Package B test performed, please click here to get started. We will retain the results of your lab analysis results so you can reorder your Custom Matched Mortar at any time.

Custom Color Blended Material is a standard, preblended product that is custom tinted to match the color of your material. (Choose from one of our Heritage Mortar formulations.)

• We will tint any of our standard mortars to match the color of any existing material. We will provide a 10-pound sample to you so you can install and approve the material before placing a full order.
• Once you have a custom color match material job number, you can reorder at any time by referencing that number.

How to order Custom Color Blended Material:

1. Please download and fill out our laboratory services request form. Select "CMS" to request color matching services. Please note on the form which Heritage Mortar Formulation you would like us to use as the base by writing in the product code:

2. Note which aggregate gradation you need: 1.Fine (for butterjoints that 1/8-3/8") 2. Medium (for standard joints that are 3/8-1/2") or 3. Coarse (for stone rubble joints that are 1/2" or wider)

When enclosing a mortar sample, please place it into a ziplock bag that is labeled with your name and phone number. For best results, please enclose approximately a handful of material.
