Heritage Lime Putty Stucco

This restoration stucco formulation is specifically designed for the restoration of lime stuccos and plasters that were originally installed before 1931. Our lime putty stucco is vapor permeable, which allows historic masonry to breathe properly, and it is flexible enough to accomodate movement and freeze-thaw cycles without damaging the historic masonry substrate. This formula is also recommended as a shelter coat for damaged or friable historic masonry. Suitable for interior plaster and exterior stucco applications.

We recommend finishing this product with our Old-World European Limewash.

Product Notes:

  • Packaged "wet" in a 3.5 gallon bucket
  • Net wt. is 46 lbs.
  • Suitable for interior or exterior applications
  • Standard color is white
  • Preblended with sand, ready-to-use. Choose from coarse (for the base coat) or fine (for the finish coat)
  • If you are restoring plaster or stucco that was installed after 1872, we offer a premeasured cement pouch that can added at the jobsite to create a more representative formula for construction between 1872-1931. Once the pouch has been added the workable time for the stucco is two hours.
