General Return Policy

You may return unopened material products, sold within 30 days of delivery for a purchase price refund less a 20% restocking fee.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.   U.S. Heritage Group does not accept returns on any products after 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless US Heritage Group has made an error. U.S. Heritage Group will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.Before returning any product, please contact Tom Glab at 773-286-2100 to obtain a Return Authorization.

 Items that are Not Returnable

U.S. Heritage Group does not accept returns of the following items:

• Custom manufactured products designed specifically for individual projects.
• Products that are manufactured from data gathered from mortar matching services.
• Products that have been produced for a specific color other than those found in our published standard colors charts.
• Used, opened or damaged products.
• Any product 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Stone Repair Mortar Policy

U.S. Heritage Group, Inc. takes pride in offering the highest quality stone repair mortars. However, stone is a natural material with inherent variations and a successful stone repair project relies heavily on skilled application. We guarantee our stone repair materials only when applied by applicators who have either graduated from our stone repair workshop or a comparable program.
